We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in California (CA). This full-time position involves working 30 hours per week in a school setting, supporting students with behavioral needs.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect data on student progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:

• RBT certification (must be current and in good standing).
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and collect accurate data.
